Kayaking with the best views of Mount Fuji Kayaking with coffee and the best views of Mount Fuji was a great experience, well worth an early morning start! Grahame was an excellent guide and gave us a good introduction to the area, plus recommendations on other cool sports to explore. Highly recommend this activity!

Great time out in the nature. Great walk around the forest, it was after a heavy rain, so was quite humid and the whole place looked full with growth, be it all sorts of fungi, young trees, birds and cicadas. Graham was very knowledgeable about how the forest appeared and how the trees grow, and he manages to convey to us the spiritual importance of this forest for the Japanese people. And the cave was very cool.

Great morning trip!! We had a great time out on the lake with our guide! Fuji refused to make an appearance from behind the clouds but it was still a fantastic experience and totally worth it!! Definitely would recommend.

So worth it!!! Just finished the forest tour with CJ (it was just the two of us) and I’m so grateful I did it with him. I was a bit nervous to go alone but you were so kind and made me feel safe and comfortable from the start. I genuinely really loved your company. Thank you for explaining everything with so much respect and for being so patient with all my questions. I learned so much and the forest was so peaceful. Honestly it is one of the best things I ‘ve done in Japan so far and I will never forget it. If anyone is reading this and not sure about booking, please do it. And ask for CJ. You will be in the best hands. Thank you again for everything CJ! :)

Amazing Experience My 4 year old son and I had the best start to the day kayaking with Grahame. Such a great value experience, that was well organised and fun! And although Mt Fuji was hiding while we were on the lake I’d still say it was a highlight of our time in the area and something I’d highly recommend!

Amazing kayaking with coffee! Gram was absolutely awesome! He taught us about the historical background of Mt. Fuji and lake Kawaguchiko. We already knew how to Kayak but he was very knowledgeable about Kayaking and general safety as well as water survival. I highly recommend this activity if you're staying near lake Kawaguchiko.

Must do! Das beste was du machen kannst, um in den Tag zu starten! Wir hatten einen einzigartigen Morgen (7:00) auf dem See. Wir waren fast alleine auf dem See und hatten einen klaren Blick auf die Berge. Es war so peaceful da draußen. Wir haben die Gespäche mit Grahame sehr genossen und er hat uns viele Details über die Gegend erzählt. Die Fotos, die er von uns gemacht hat sind super geworden! Und der Kaffee war sehr lecker! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Grahame, für die tollen Gespräche und für die einzigartigen Erinnerungen! Absolute Empfehlung! Vorallem direkt am frühen morgen!

An Unforgettable Afternoon on Lake Kawaguchiko with Grahame My wife and I did the 1pm kayaking tour on Lake Kawaguchiko, and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide, Grahame, made the whole thing special. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, Mt Fuji, and Japan in general, and his passion for the region really came through as we paddled. The atmosphere out on the lake was wonderful. Even though the clouds rolled in and hid Fuji from view, being out on that expansive water, taking in the scenery, and chatting with Grahame about soccer, life, Fuji, and everything in between was honestly one of the highlights of our whole trip to Japan. If you're on the fence about booking this, take it as your sign: go do it! This is a genuinely special experience with some of the best people you'll meet.
